The 'I am a Cliché' knit in black with text in orange, white and purple is designed in homage to the iconic style of the late, great, Poly Styrene and Punk Band X-Ray Spex. This jumper features the hand drawn song titles by Poly from the ‘I am a cliche’ and ‘I am a poseur’ singles.

We collaborated with Poly's daughter Celeste Bell on this second collection and we're proud to celebrate Poly Styrene, who is only just beginning to receive the recognition she deserves; she was a true revolutionist. Her music and art inveighed against mainstream institutions, disposable culture, conformity and our alienation from the natural world.

The 'I am a Cliché' knit has been handcrafted in Scotland by Sharon, Shirley, Finlay, Sandra, Ann, Allan and Kevin.
