Returns Policy

All products are returned at your own cost and should be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

Please email info@hades-shop.co.uk for returns address.

The item(s) should be returned new, unused and with all original HADES tags attached. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.

All returns must have a note included with the original order number and name of customer.

After the return has been quality checked, a refund will be processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be received.

Christmas

During the holiday period we are extending our return and exchange policy. Any products purchased from the 24th October 2024 can be returned and exchanged up to and including 10th January 2025.
